Find where to go, what's on, and who's behind it.
We started with one small problem. The best cannabis-friendly events in Thailand were happening all the time, and almost nobody could find them. They lived in Instagram stories, private groups, a poster someone screenshotted once. If you didn't already follow the right venue or know the right people, you missed it.
So we built the place that pulls it all together. A map you can open with no signup, no account, no friction. What's on tonight, where, and how to be there.
But the longer we built, the clearer it got that events were never really the point. They were the way in.
Most maps answer one question. Which shop, what price, how much THC, how close. A few people want that. Most don't.
What people are actually looking for is harder to put on a price tag. A night worth leaving the house for. A place that feels like something when you walk in. People to meet, things to try, a scene to be part of. The feeling you get reading about a venue, seeing its photos, seeing what it did last week and wondering what it will do next.
That is what events do. They bring people together. They turn a shop into a place and a place into a night. And they are the reason Bangpot never feels finished, because there is always something happening, always a reason to come back and look.
A venue is not just a pin. It has a story, the events it runs, the brands on its shelves, and now the farms its flower actually comes from. Click a farm and you see which shops carry it. Click a shop and you see who grew what you are holding.
That last part is new, and nobody in Thailand had done it. It is the whole reason we care about getting this right. Not to sell you anything, but so the good work behind good flower finally travels with it, all the way to the person at the counter.
Bangpot is free to be on, free to explore, and it will stay that way. We are not here to plaster the map with ads or chase whoever pays the most. Everything on it is checked and kept current, because a map you cannot trust is worse than no map at all.
The goal has not changed since day one. Make it easy to find your night, your spot, your people, and the story behind it all.
Bangpot launched with a handful of Bangkok's leading cannabis-friendly venues who backed us before we went public. They carry a permanent Founding Partner badge for it. That group is now closed.
