These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bangpot.events ("Bangpot", "the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What Bangpot Is

Bangpot is a cannabis-friendly events and venue discovery platform serving Thailand. We help people find dispensaries, cafes, events, and other cannabis-related venues and experiences across Thailand.

Bangpot is a discovery platform, not a marketplace. We provide information and visibility. We do not sell cannabis products, facilitate transactions between users and venues, or operate any physical locations. A listing on Bangpot does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any venue, product, service, or experience.

2. Cannabis Disclaimer

Cannabis regulations in Thailand are subject to change. It is your responsibility to verify the current legal status of cannabis products and services in your location. Bangpot does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for ensuring that listed venues comply with current regulations. Always verify local laws before visiting a venue or attending an event.

Users must be at least 20 years of age to use this platform, consistent with Thailand's legal framework for cannabis.

3. Using the Platform

Visitors

Anyone can browse Bangpot without creating an account. No signup is required to view venues, events, or other public content.

Entity profiles (venues, brands, organizers, farms)

Businesses can claim or submit a profile on Bangpot. By doing so, you represent that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• You will keep your listing information current
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to reject, unpublish, or remove any profile or listing at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to: inaccurate information, inactivity, violation of these Terms, or changes in relevant regulations.

4. Tiers and Payments

Bangpot offers tiered profile options for listed entities. Tier details, features, and pricing are as described on the platform at the time of purchase.

Key payment terms

• All tier payments are one-time fees. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.
• Payments may be made via Thai bank transfer (QR) or cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC). Accepted payment methods are displayed during the payment process.
• Payments are processed manually. Your tier will be activated after we verify receipt of payment. This typically happens within 24 hours but may take longer.
• A tier payment covers the profile features described at the time of purchase. We may update tier features over time. Changes to tier features after your purchase do not entitle you to a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to honor the value of what you paid for.

Refund policy

• If your claim or profile submission is rejected by Bangpot, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
• Refunds for other situations are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@bangpot.events if you believe a refund is warranted.
• Refunds will be returned via the same method used for the original payment where possible.

What a tier does not include

• A tier does not guarantee any specific business outcome, increase in traffic, or revenue.
• A tier does not create an exclusive arrangement. Other venues in the same area or category may also be listed.
• A tier does not constitute a partnership, franchise, or affiliation with Bangpot beyond the profile features described.

5. Content and Listings

Content you submit

By submitting content to Bangpot (business descriptions, images, event details, logos), you grant Bangpot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in related promotional materials (such as social media posts or newsletters) for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You retain ownership of your content. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us.

Content accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your listing. Bangpot may edit listings for formatting, clarity, or consistency, but we are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of business-submitted content.

Content we may remove

We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that:

• Is inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive
• Promotes illegal activity beyond the scope of legally permitted cannabis operations in Thailand
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Is spam or primarily promotional in nature without substance
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• We determine is harmful to the platform, its users, or the broader community

Removal decisions are at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before removing content, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected party.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Bangpot to:

• Submit false or misleading business information
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or data
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content created by Bangpot (design, code, branding, logos, original text, and visual elements) is owned by Bangpot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Bangpot's proprietary content without written permission.

Venue names, logos, and brand assets displayed on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bangpot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not liable for any actions, products, services, or conduct of listed venues, brands, organizers, or farms. Your interactions with listed entities are solely between you and them.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from cryptocurrency transactions, including but not limited to: incorrect wallet addresses, network fees, blockchain delays, or exchange rate fluctuations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Bangpot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bangpot harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users (such as via email for registered entities).

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
